Academic Information

Choose the College program published by LTSRI. This keeps student profile information consistent with the academic catalog.
Student registrations are reviewed by the admin. Once approved, LTSRI will email your username and temporary password.
Submission warning: Submit the form only once and wait for the confirmation. A maximum of 3 registration attempts is allowed every 10 minutes. Repeated submissions will be temporarily paused.
